Sephora approached us with their idea to celebrate Mother’s Day 2024 in a big way. Our answer was simple: create a giant installation in the busiest square in Spain.
We designed a bouquet of flowers 10 meters long by 4 meters high. A bouquet that rested on the Plaza de Callao in Madrid. For its execution, 10 people were needed for 6 hours. More than 3,000 flowers and plants were used, 35 different varieties and a total of 525 kilos of plant cover.
The final installation composed a specular image on the square. A high-impact environment that captivated tens of thousands of people during the three days it was active. From this unique frame for the photos, activations were developed in which flowers and polaroids were given to mothers and daughters who visited the space.
The action met all the objectives, even surpassing expectations. 4 national TV stations, one local TV station, and more than 100 influencers and content creators reflected the installation organically. In total, the impact of the installation reached more than 50 million people and exceeded €500,000 EMV.
